We provide a detailed and transparent estimating/building process. Our preliminary estimates are based on historical data and current market pricing and customer selections. Once the plans are finalized, we offer a cost-plus contract. We bill out monthly for work performed and show our customers every subcontractor bill/ vendor bill. During the building we provide current spreadsheet, so the customer knows exactly where they are at in the budget.
